Adrianne DuMond

Adrianne has worked in industry, managed her own business, and served on three non-profit Boards of Directors. Her area of expertise is in Organization Development. She has a Ph.D. in this field from the University of Southern California. She worked for Owens-Illinois, First Interstate Bancorp, and McDonnell-Douglas where she was responsible for Executive Development and Succession Planning. She was President and C.E.O of First Interstate Institute. She has served on the Boards of United Way, Family Services of Orange County, and WISEPLACE. She was an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership while managing her own consulting business. She also holds a B.A. from Ohio State University and an MPA from USC.

Personal:

Adrianne has four grown children and 13 grandchildren. She has traveled to 54 countries, is active in her church, sings in the choir, and has many interests. A former professional musician, she mentors young musicians. She is also an avid knitter and loves remodeling homes. Her passion is the volunteer and pro bono work she does for non-profits.
